As a born-again Christian, my values are eternal. Success means serving others and making a difference with respect and dignity. As a coach, I’ve had the honor of leading my son’s teams to championships, including the Keystone Little League Yankees title and an 8U All-Star district championship. One of my biggest influences is an entrepreneur named Ed Mylett. I am a work in progress when it comes to managing stress and finding balance. I’ve always had an all-or-nothing mindset, pouring every ounce of myself into my career, coaching, and helping others reach their goals. But the truth is, I don’t believe in balance the way most people define it. Instead, I focus on being fully present in whatever I’m doing—when I work, I give it my all; when I’m with my family, they have my undivided attention. I’m learning to be more intentional about setting boundaries, taking time to recharge, and trusting those around me to help share the load. Through it all, faith, family, and my passion for serving others keep me grounded. I may not have it all figured out, but I know I’m giving my best where it matters most.

My definition of success does not come in the form of numerical figures but rather the importance of the work I do and its significance to others. Success for me means living with integrity, keeping my word, and using my gifts to serve and uplift those around me.
