Background and Career Path
Why did you decide to pursue a career in digital marketing?
Having a keen interest in marketing, advertising, and social media, I made a professional career in digital marketing. I was attracted to the mix of creativity, strategy, and consumer psychology. Digital marketing also allows me to create innovative campaigns and reach out to audiences worldwide, providing limitless prospects for career growth. My passion lies in assisting others in reaching their utmost potential. It’s incredibly rewarding to help people do the things they want and be who they are capable of being.
Describe a turning point that influenced your career.
The moment I discovered the power of serving others was a defining moment in my career. Before, I focused on results and strategy, but focusing on service changed how I think. Marketing is not just about selling or building a brand, it is understanding people and creating value for them. This pivot brought deeper fulfillment and bigger wins, and it’s what informs everything I do.
How do you describe your personal/professional values?
As a born-again Christian, my values are eternal. Success means serving others and making a difference with respect and dignity. I want to be a person of trust, always delivering my promises and sticking to my guns. As a leader, personally and professionally, I carry a servant’s heart, hoping to uplift and add value to those around me. Business is not just business for me; it is about making a difference and giving glory to God through work.
What do you wish you had told your younger self?
I would tell my younger self that every choice has a consequence. Your actions, words, and decisions have a ripple effect on your life and the lives of others. My focus is to make sure my actions are in accordance with my faith and purpose. For me, real fulfillment is taking care of others, having a servant’s heart, and keeping my word.
What are you most proud of, personally or professionally?
I am a proud honors graduate of West Babylon High School and the University of South Florida. However, my greatest achievements are not found on a résumé—they are my 19-year marriage and the privilege of raising three incredible children. As a coach, I’ve had the honor of leading my son’s teams to championships, including the Keystone Little League Yankees title and an 8U All-Star district championship. Professionally, I’ve built and led multiple companies, including the successful sales of Troiano Property Solutions, Inc. and Troiano International, Inc. At the heart of everything I do—whether in business, coaching, or life—is a commitment to integrity and a relentless drive to make a lasting impact.
How do you define success?
My success is not in the amount of money or social status, it is in the way I touch others’ lives and the joy my work brings me. It’s about being accountable, paying it forward, and making an impact. Success is how far you go in the right direction. It’s a matter of being present and doing my best and being congruent with my values and faith.
Who is your biggest role model in business and why?
One of my biggest influences is an entrepreneur named Ed Mylett. While his success in business and personal development is impressive, the aspect that inspires me the most is his commitment to integrity and service. He illustrates the essence of true greatness is leveraging your platform to empower others, and that’s a value I aspire to.
Do you get involved in community service?
Yes, I’m passionate about paying it forward. I coach Little League, a part-time gig where I’m passing on responsibility and teamwork to young athletes. I am also a board member with Keystone Little League to ensure families have a great experience.
Expertise and Achievements
What are your tips for handling stress and managing a healthy work-life balance to remain fit for your overall well-being?
I am a work in progress when it comes to managing stress and finding balance. I’ve always had an all-or-nothing mindset, pouring every ounce of myself into my career, coaching, and helping others reach their goals. But the truth is, I don’t believe in balance the way most people define it. Instead, I focus on being fully present in whatever I’m doing—when I work, I give it my all; when I’m with my family, they have my undivided attention. I’m learning to be more intentional about setting boundaries, taking time to recharge, and trusting those around me to help share the load. Through it all, faith, family, and my passion for serving others keep me grounded. I may not have it all figured out, but I know I’m giving my best where it matters most.
How do you define success in your field?
My definition of success does not come in the form of numerical figures but rather the importance of the work I do and its significance to others. Success for me means living with integrity, keeping my word, and using my gifts to serve and uplift those around me. It’s about helping other people get what they want, giving confidence, and doing something that matters—whether in business, in a coaching role, or in everyday life. I think success is not a destination; it’s a journey of constantly creating, evolving, learning, and sticking to my cause. There are days where I like to think my passion walks on top of my shadow and work myself to the bone, but God has taught me that success does not mean being perfectly balanced — it’s just about where you are (your focus), and being your best self in every aspect of life, and how I will not stray from God because of my commitments.
Vision for the Future
How do you see the future of your business and community involvement?
In my opinion, Rvv Corp will continue to make meaningful, sustainable, and positive contributions to society, and we as a team will remain focused and aligned with the purpose and principles that brought us here. I work to help clients and employees reach their potential, drive growth, and continue to innovate in the business world. My dedication to the community. I am going to get further involved in Keystone Little League and other community programs that are focused on youth development and mentoring. I envision a sustainable synergy between business results and community betterment, a model that renders profit and purpose interdependent by its own virtue.
Are any upcoming projects or goals particularly exciting to you?
Yes, I am especially looking forward to creating new programs that combine digital marketing and community service. One initiative in development through Rvv Corp is a mentorship program for young entrepreneurs, equipping them with the tools, resources, and guidance to thrive. Furthermore, we are also looking at a possible collaboration with local bodies or schools to develop youth empowerment programs addressing leadership and self-development. These projects align with my mission of serving others and making a positive impact, and I’m excited to see them come to life.
How do you see your values fitting in with your career goals going forward?
Aligning my values with my career goals will be a continuing theme. Everything I do is grounded in faith, integrity, and “service before self,” and I aim to continue living those values as I move forward to face new challenges and opportunities. In business, this translates to people over profit, value creation, and leading with a servant’s heart. For me, it means being there for my family, allowing my spirit to blossom, and serving others. Through this, I hope that others will follow in a similar ethos, to lead boldly and authentically to create change that matters.
